CAT order on Rohini Sindhuri transfer set aside

Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday put aside the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) transfer order of Hassan DC Rohini Sindhuri and guided the issue to be heard again by the CAT for a just order to be passed.
The court additionally requested that all parties keep up the norm till CAT passes its last request. The issue is to be heard before CAT on April 2.
Till such time, Rohini Sindhuri will keep on serving as Deputy Commissioner of Hassan.
