CCB police arrest Kali Yogisha’s aide

Mulki: The city crime branch (CCB) police have nabbed underworld don Kali Yogisha’s aide in connection with a shootout incident which took place at Mulki on December 7.

The accused has been identified as is Tejpal (33), from Mulky.

Addressing the media, the police have mentioned that Kali Yogish had directed several firing incidents in the city reported in December 2017. Bike-borne men had opened fire at Shri Rajashri Jewellers, Kinnigoli under Mulky police station limits on December 7 and at M Sanjeev Shetty Silk and Sarees, Car Street under Mangaluru North police station limits on December 8.

The police seized two mobile phones from the accused.

CCB police inspector Shantaram, PSI Kabbal and others were part of the arrest operation.
