CCB police burst prostitution racket in Mangaluru

Mangaluru: Mangaluru city crime branch police busted a prostitution racket here and arrested a woman and a man in connection with this.

from a rented house near Kottara Chowki in Kavoor police station limits.

The accused have been identified as Sajith Shekar (30), from Padubidri. The womans identity has not been shared.

It has been reported that the racket was held at a rented apartment in Kottara Chowki here.

Police seized five mobile phones and cash worth Rs 15,240.

As per the reports, the two hired young girls and entertained prostitution in the house. Two young girls who were victims of prostitution are rescued by the police. 

CCB unit inspector Shantarama, PSI Shamsunder, staff, Kavoor station police inspector K R Nayak and staff took part in the operation.
