CD case: B Report filed on complaint by woman’s parents, Govt tells HC

Bengaluru: The State government on Monday informed the High Court that it has filed the B Report on the complaint by the parents of the woman in the sex CD case involving MLA Ramesh Jarkiholi.

The government has also informed that the investigation into the complaint lodged by the woman is in progress.

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has submitted three investigative reports to the High Court in a sealed envelope.

The High Court directed the SIT to respond to a letter written by the woman to the Chief Justice of the High Court.
