Celebrate the joy of giving this ‘Daan Utsav’ with ACT

Mangluru: The Animal Care Trust (Shakitnagar) will be taking part in the joy of giving week with the celebration of  ‘Daan Utsav’ by feeding stray animals.

ACT will be organising a program near Jyoti theatre at 6 AM, Wednesday morning on Oct 2nd were in they aim to feed all kinds of stray animals: dogs, cows, pigs, sheep or birds. The attendees are requested to bring the feed of their choice and go around the city feeding our stray animals and birds.

Daan Utsav is a week-long festival that takes place every year from October 2 to 8. People from all walks come together for this one week to give their time, money, resources, or skills back to society. 2019 is the 11th year of the festival
