A lawyer faced brutal assault by the police on Thursday for not wearing a helmet while riding a bike.

The victim, identified as Pritam, suffered injuries to his chest, back, and hands, leading to his hospitalization for necessary medical attention.

Outraged by the incident, the lawyers’ association has initiated a protest march, demanding the immediate arrest of the police officers involved in the assault. The lawyers express their condemnation of the excessive use of force and are determined to continue the protest until justice is served.

As part of their demonstration, lawyers plan to organize a protest march from the court at Azaad Park Circle. In anticipation of the march, police security measures have been implemented around the SP’s office.
