Classroom roof collapse: Four students injured

Kolar: Four students were harmed as a portion of the top of a classroom came slamming down on them at government first grade degree school at Malur here on Saturday.
The injured have been identified as Asha, Aruna, Mamtha and Monisha, all first year BSc students of the college.
The incident occurred when a lecturer was engaging a class.
The students were immediately rushed to the hospital and were undergoing treatment.
Aruna has severe wounds on her head.
“The new college building was constructed around three years back and the incident occurred because of low quality construction workwork” said the college principle Keshav Reddy.
He also added that the school furniture were also damaged because of the incident.
