Bengaluru: Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah will kick start cloud seeding in Bengaluru on Monday amid severe water scarcity in most of the districts in the state. The cloud seeding project is being executed at a cost of Rs 30 crore and the government has made elaborate arrangements for seeding at Bengaluru, Gadag, Soorapura and other regions in Karnataka.
An expert team arrived from United States will work towards cloud seeding for two hours every day for the next 60 days in various parts of Karnataka.
