CM Bommai likely to visit Delhi to discuss state politics with party top brass

Bengaluru: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai is expected to leave for Delhi on Monday, December 26 to discuss on party in-fight, reservation row, and Cabinet expansion, with the party high command.

As per the government sources, CM Bommai is likely to leave for Delhi from Belagavi on Monday.

Former ministers K S Eshwarppa and Ramesh Jarkiholi who had distanced from Belagavi Winter Session had come to Belagavi on Wednesday, December 21, to meet CM Bommai.

As per the sources, Bommai is of the opinion that both might have come to meet him on being suggested by senior leaders of the party.

Bommai’s meeting with the party high command next week is expected to be on finding solutions to clear all the confusion within the party before the 2023 Karnataka Assembly elections.
