CM BS Yediyurappa inaugurates Kalyana Karnataka Utsav

Kalaburagi: Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa hoisted the tricolor flag at DAR Police ground and inaugurated the Kalyana Karnataka Utsav on Thursday, September 17.
Hyderabad Karnataka Liberation Day has been rechristened and it is being celebrated as Kalyana Karnataka Utsav on September 17 since last year.
Yediyurappa arrived at Kalaburagi city to take part in Kalyana Karnataka Utsav in a special flight and received the guard of honour at the Kalaburagi Airport.
To preserve and promote the rich cultural heritage and to develop historical sites in the six districts of Kalyana Karnataka region, the State government is celebrating Kalyana Karnataka Utsav from the this year.
