CM Siddaramaiah Assures Support to Stranded Kannadigas in Goa

Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has assured financial support to stranded Kannadigas in Goa. Karnataka is ready to release funds to stranded Kannadigas to construct shelter, if Goa state government is prepared to handover land to the people who lost their shelter recently. A delegation of minister will visit Goa to discuss the issue of Kannadigas soon, chief minister added.

Chief Minister’s statement came at his official residence in the state capital on Tuesday after an expert committee constituted by him submitted its report on present situation of stranded Kannadigas in Goa. The authoritative in Goa were destroyed the houses of Kannadigas in the name of land encroachment last month.
