Following allegations of irregularities and mismanagement in the construction of the Parashurama Theme Park in Bailur village, Karkala taluk, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has instructed the CID to conduct an inquiry.
In a letter dated February 2, Udupi District In-charge Minister Lakshmi Hebbalkar had written to the Chief Minister, urging him to ensure an investigation into the construction work of the theme park. Acting upon this request, the Chief Minister has now issued orders for the investigation.
