Coastal K’taka will remain a “stronghold of Hindutva”, says B Y Vijayendra

Udupi:   BJP state president B.Y. Vijayendra emphasized that the coastal region will remain a “stronghold of Hindutva” and expressed confidence in the party’s victory in the upcoming elections.

Addressing the Yuva Bharat Conference organized by the district BJP Yuva Morcha, Vijayendra stated, “The young party workers are working day and night for the party, and the victory of the BJP is certain in the constituency.”

Vijayendra praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ten-year tenure, citing achievements like making India a world leader and the construction of the Ram Mandir, as promised in the BJP manifesto. He also mentioned the abrogation of Article 370, which granted special status to Kashmir.

Vijayendra criticized the Congress, accusing them of relying on money, power, and other means to influence elections. He expressed confidence in winning all 28 constituencies in the state and predicted BJP candidate Kota Srinivas Poojary’s victory in the Udupi-Chikkamagaluru constituency by a significant margin.

In his address, Kota Srinivas Poojary urged voters to elect him from Udupi-Chikmaglur to ensure Narendra Modi is re-elected as Prime Minister.

MLA Sunil Kumar criticized the state government for neglecting Hindu interests and highlighted the need for voters to respond through elections.MLA Yashpal Suvarna emphasized the importance of supporting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership and developmental initiatives. Former minister Pramod Madhwaraj praised the Modi government for prioritizing youth welfare and claimed that only the BJP could safeguard their interests.

Meanwhile, BJP district president Kishore Kumar Kundapur, along with several MLAs and former MLAs, participated in the event.

A parade led by state president BY Vijayendra and candidate Kota Srinivas Poojary marked the occasion, with activists joining the procession on foot from the district BJP office to the venue at Sharda Kalyana Mandapa.
