College Student Dies in Puttur Amid Private Doctors Agitation

Puttur: A college student died in Puttur after she unable to get medical treatment following private doctors’ state wide agitation. The deceased, Pooja was suffering from kidney failure and had been undergoing dialysis treatment twice a week for the last a few months.
Pooja was a second year B.Com student at Puttur Vivekananda College in the town and a resident of Kabaka Vidyapura near Puttur. She developed uneasiness on Friday morning and subsequently brought to a private hospital here in the town. However, non availability of medical service caused for the death of the girl, sources said.
