Complaint Filed Against CM, Others on Alleged Irregularities in Indira Canteen Project

Bengaluru: Bengaluru City BJP spoke person NR Ramesh reportedly registered complaint against Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah, Bengaluru Urban Development Minister KJ George and others. Ramesh in his complaint filed before Lokayukta, Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) and 4th ACMM court here alleged that the chief minister and others involved in irregularities in Indira Canteen project and urged to take necessary legal move on the issue.

According his last budget statement, Karnataka chief minister announced to establish canteens at all assembly constituencies in Bengaluru akin to Amma canteen in Tamil Nadu to provide food at low cost to support people especially economically weaker sections of the society.
