Compol seeks report from Mulki Inspector after photo of pregnant constable on duty goes viral

Mangaluru: City Commissioner Dr PS Harsha has sought an explanation from Mulki Inspector after a picture of a pregnant lady police constable viral on Social Media.

As per the sources, the picture of a pregnant police constable deputed on road during Dy.CM Ashwath Narayan’s visit to District on Friday, October 27 is said to be clicked by a local man.

Following the incident, Harsha expressed his dissent over the matter and added that he has sought explanation from the Inspector of Mulky Police.

He has further directed Mangaluru North ACP to look into the matter and report to him.
