Mangaluru: City police commissioner Dr Harsha won the hearts of Tuluvas after he wished citizens of Mangaluru a happy Diwali in a Tulu.
Taking to twitter Harsha wrote, “Every year I celebrate the festival of light with my family. But this time, assuming Kudla (Mangaluru) is my home, Mangalureans are my family. I am celebrating the festival here. May this Diwali bring the light in your life, a very happy Diwali to all Mangaluru citizens.”

Dr Harsha IPS basically from Chitradurga is a doctor by learning and police officer by profession, he is a 2004 batch IPS officer who chose civil services immediately after graduating in medicine.
