Cong suspends 2 party MLAs, demands FIR against Union Min

Jaipur: Congress has suspended two party MLAs Bhanwar Lal Sharma and Vishvendra Singh, claiming their role in they conspiracy to destabilise the Ashok Gehlot government’s in Rajasthan.
Citing a leaked audio clip, to substantiate their claim Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala also sought enquiry against Union minister and Jodhpur MP Gajendra Shekhawat for his alleged invovement in horse trading of MLAs.
At a media briefing here, Sujrewala said that the Bhanwar Lal Sharma was heard in discussions with BJP leaders in the audio recordings which have been circulating online.
Based on a complaint lodged by the Congress the Rajasthan police registered two FIRs under IPC sections 124-A (sedition) and 120-B (Conspiracy) to probe into horse trading of MLAs and alleged audio recordings that went viral on social media.
Meanwhile, Sanjay Jain, whose name surfaced in one of the audio recordings, was called for interrogation on Thursday and is being further questioned.
