Congress and its star-studded campaign committee

Bengaluru: The congress party which is positive about winning the upcoming Assembly elections has given importance to producers, actors, and actresses of Kannada film industry in its campaign committee.

Actress Ramya (Divyaspandana) who is heading the All India Congress Committee (AICC) Social Media and Digital communication is an integral part of the committee, while actors including Malashri, Abhinaya, Bhavana, Jayamala are being regarded.

AICC President Rahul Gandhi ordered to utilize the popularity of party members and senior actors Ambarish, Shashikumar, Sadhu Kokila, ‘Mukyamantri’ Chandru, who recently joined Congress from BJP, film producer S.Manohar, music director Milind Dharmasena and added them into the publicity committee.

Power Minister D K Shivakumar will be the chief of the campaign committee and Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, KPCC President G Parameshwar, Working President Dinesh Gundurao, S R Patil, Lokasabha opposition leader Mallikarjuna Kharge, former minister Baburao Chinchanasoor, Rani Sathish, Vinaykumar Sorake, Abhaychandra Jain, Bellary MLA Anil Lad, V R Sudarshan and others will shoulder the main responsibilities during the campaign.
