Bengaluru: In a press release on Friday former CM and state BJP president B S Yeddyurappa lauding the victory of BJP in local body elections in Uttar Pradesh, intimidating Chief minister Siddaramaiah,  said Congress days are numbered.

The success of Major move taken by central government such as demonetizing high-value notes and imposition of goods and service tax (GST) can be analyzed by party’s victory in Karnataka.

“The writing on the wall is clear and unambiguous. BJP’s political ideological opponents, especially our Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, must realize that the days of the Congress party are numbered in politics and the people are waiting for the first available opportunity to throw the country’s oldest party into the dustbin,” he said.
