Belagavi: Minister for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Krishna Byre Gowda uncovered that Janata Dal (Secular) and Congress would frame a pre-poll alliance for the following Lok Sabha Elections to be held in 2019. However, the thought is still in its early stages and there is no clarity on how the seats would be shared, he included.

Byre Gowda said that the Congress Working Committee had endorsed the alliance proposition. The coordination committee settled on the choice to frame the pre-poll alliance. He expelled the rumors that the contradictions over sharing Hassan and Mandya parliamentary seats would influence the alliance.

It might be reviewed that Chairman of Coordination Committee Siddaramaiah had met Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi On July 23 and examined the political situation in the state.
