Vijayapur: State BJP Vice President B.Y Vijayendra said that the Congress party, which is far from the masses, is somehow daydreaming of winning in Karnataka.

Speaking to the media on Friday after visiting the Srirevansiddeswara temple in Horti village, he said, “The Congress party and corruption are closely linked. The claims of corruption made by Congress leaders against the BJP  is equivalent to a ‘ghost reciting Bhagwat Gita.'”

“KPCC President DK Shivakumar and Opposition Leader Siddaramaiah are engaged in an internal and external political battle. The confusion within the Congress party is only growing and it will soon be out in the public,” he added
