Hubli: Health Minister Dinesh Gundurao emphasized that the Congress party remains committed to steering clear of communal politics, asserting that their primary focus is on prioritizing the well-being of the people, employment, and development.

In a statement to reporters on Saturday, Gundurao highlighted the numerous significant challenges facing the country. He accused the BJP of attempting to suppress discussions on these issues by diverting attention to alternative matters.

Gundurao raised concerns about perceived injustices by the central government towards the state government, emphasizing the need for increased dialogue on the matter.

He urged for a more comprehensive discussion on issues such as the financial obligations owed to the state and the absence of funds allocated for drought relief.

The minister called for an open conversation to address the apparent discrepancies and ensure the equitable distribution of resources.

As the Congress party asserts its commitment to non-communal politics, the focus remains on addressing pressing issues affecting the citizens and promoting open discussions on matters crucial to the state’s welfare.
