Congress releases second list – N A Harris gets Shantinagar ticket

Bengaluru: The Congress reported its second and the last list of candidates on Sunday April 22.
The party discharged a list of 11 candidates, incorporating changes in a portion of constituencies. The Congress had discharged its first list of 218 candidates on April 15.
N A Harris, whose son Mohammed Nalapad is in prison over an assault case, has been given the ticket from Shantinagar. Jaffer Sharief’s son-in-law Syed Yasin has also made it to the list from Raichur.
The list likewise formally declares Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s choice to challenge from Badami. He is replacing Dr Vararaj Patil who had been given the ticket before. The CM is likewise challenging from Chamundeshwari.
Different changes incorporate H P Rajesh instead of A L Pushpa from Jagalur, K Shadakshari replacing of B Nanjamari from Tiptur, Kengal Shreepada Renu instead of minister M R Seetharam from Malleshwaram, M Srinivas rather than B Gurappa Naidu from Padmanabhanagar, and K P Chandrakala replacing H S Chandra Mouli from Madikeri.
