Couple from different communities in lodge, police take custody

Puttur: A young couple, belonging to different communities, that was staying in a lodge in the town was taken into custody by the police on Sunday October 20.
Bajrang Dal activist who got news of the couple were seen conducting inquiry in the lodge. However, the cops reached the lodge in time and any untoward incident from taking place.
Apparently, the girl is from Rajasthan and presently residing in Samethadka, while the boy is from Mumbai. They got acquainted through social media. The boy had arrived to the lodge in the town on Saturday, October 19 and the girl met him at the lodge on the afternoon of Sunday, October 20.
