Covid-19: 13 new cases reported in K’taka; total cases rises to 1092

Bengaluru: Thirteen new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Karnataka on Saturday, taking the number of affected in the state to 1,092, the health department said.
The new cases include eight cases from Kalaburagi, three from Shivamogga and one each from Vijayapura and Hassan.
The total cases include 496 discharges, 559 active cases, 36 coronavirus deaths and that of a coronavirus patient due to non-COVID cause, the department said in its daily bulletin.
