Covid-19 Karnataka: 13 test positive, 22 discharged post recovery in last 24 hours

Bengaluru: Eight new cases of coronavirus has been confirmed in the state, taking tally of infected persons to 614 in Karnataka on Sunday, May 3.

A total of 13 persons tested positive while 22 persons have been discharged in the last 24 hours, the health department said in its evening bulletin.

Among the new cases, four are from Bengaluru, three from Kalaburagi and one from Bagalkote district.

Of the 22 discharges, Mysuru accounted for 11 recoveries, four discharges each was reported from Bagalkote and Vijayapura while one each reported from Bengaluru, Ballari and Chikkaballarpura.
