Covid 19: Alert for Mar 21 B’luru-M’luru KSRTC bus pssngrs

Mangaluru/Bengaluru: KSRTC in a tweet has alerted passengers of a Mangaluru-bound bus from Bengaluru to test themselves for coronavirus infection after a passenger of the said bus tested positive for COVID-19.
“One passenger travelled in KSRTC, Karnataka Sarige Bus reported COVID-19 positive. The bus no.KA-19F 3329 left Bangalore to Mangalore on 21-03-2020 @ 4.30pm,” reads the tweet posted on official handle of KSRTC on March 28.
In yet another tweet, the corporation urged all passengers of the said bus to visit the nearest district hospital for check up.
Meanwhile the state government has too drawn attention of people who travelled in S3 coach of Mangaluru express on March 18 to call on toll free numbers (104, 080-4684600 or 080-66692000) after a 65-year-old man of Uttara Kannada district tested COVID-19 positive. The man had landed in Mumbai from Dubai on March 17 and later boarded the Mangaluru express to Bhatkal on March 18.
