An unknown Catholic priest has turned into a small Internet celebrity in Italy after a mass he livestreamed accidentally had face filters turned on.

There are numerous such videos available on the Internet from New York to Sau Paulo where Catholic priests are livestreaming their mass and other services using social media apps.

This Italian priest, however, had accidentally activated the face filter feature which was active throughout his less than 30-second prayer.

Social media enjoyed the video and shared it online, many praising his efforts to be connected with his congregants even during difficult times.
