Covid 19: K’taka breaches 4k mark; 60+ cases reported in DK, Udupi

Bengaluru: With 267 new cases of coronavirus the tally of those infected rose to 4063 in Karnataka on Wednesday, June 3.

Interstate travellers accounted for 250 of the new cases today.

District wise Kalaburagi reported 100 new cases, followed by Udupi with 62 cases. Raichur reported 35 cases, Bengaluru 20, Mandya 13, Yadagiri 9, Vijaypura 6, Davangere 3. Dakshina Kannada, Mysuru, Bagalkote, Shivamogga and Kolar reported two cases each while one case each was reported from Ballari, Dharwad, Hassan and Bengaluru Rural.

So far, 1514 persons have been discharged, including 111 recoveries today. Presently 2494 active cases are reported in Karnataka
