Covid-19: K’taka records 312 discharges vs 176 new cases; total tally 7000

Bengaluru: Karnataka reported 312 discharges versus 176 new confirmed cases of coronavirus on Sunday, June 14.

As on June 14, 176 new coronavirus cases, 312 discharges and five deaths have been reported, the health deaprtment said.

Among the new cases today, 6 persons are international passengers while 88 are interstate passengers.

District wise Bengaluru reported 42 cases; Yadagir -22; Udupi-21;Bidar-20; Kalaburagi-13; harwad- 10; Ballari – 8; Kolar – 7; Uttara Kannada – 6; Mandya & Dakshina Kannada reported five cases each; Bagalkote – 4; Ramanagara – 3; Raichur & Shivamogga two cases each while Belagavi, Hassan, Vijaypura, Bengaluru Rural and Haveri reported one case each.

The deaths include one each from Dakshina Kannada and Bidar and three deaths from Bengaluru.

Till date, 7000 cases have been confirmed in Karnataka. This includes 3955 discharges and 86 deaths.
