Covid 19: K’taka tally rises to 987

Bengaluru: Six new cases of coronavirus took the tally of infected persons to 987 in the state on Thursday, May 14
A total of 28 cases have bee confirmed in the last 24 hours, the health department said in its evening update.
The new cases – three from Bidar, two from Kalaburagi and one from Mandya – are all contacts of those infected with the virus.
Meanwhile nine persons were discharged today. So far 460 people have recovered from coronavirus in the state.
