COVID-19: One more positive case reported from Dakshina Kannada, state tally rises to 951

Mangaluru/Bengaluru: One more person was tested positive for Coronavirus from Dakshina Kannada and 25 more cases were reported from other districts of the state on Wednesday, May 13.

Out of 26 new cases reported today, eleven cases were reported from Bidar, four cases were reported from Hassan, two each case from Davanagere, Uttara Kannada, Vijayapura, and Kalaburagi. One of each case was reported from Belagavi, Dakshina Kannada, and Bengaluru, state the Karnataka health department’s mid-day bulletin.

The patient from Dakshina Kannada who was tested positive contracted the infection from patient number 507.

Till date 951 cases have been reported including 32 deaths and 442 discharges.
