COVID-19: Section 144 (3) imposed in Udupi dist

Udupi: The administration has imposed Section 144(3) in Udupi district to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
The Section will remain in force until further orders, said Udupi district deputy commissioner Jagadish.
Restrictions have been placed on public gathering at temple festivals. Public will only be allowed darshan while all other services have been restricted, reads the order.
