Mangaluru: The ICMR, India’s apex biomedical research body, has given its consent for Covid-19 testing at Yenepoya Medical College Hospital in Deralakatte.
In Karnataka, a total of 33 ICMR approved centres are allowed to conduct Covid-19 tests.
Earlier the ICMR had approved Covid 19 testing at the district Wenlock Hopsital. Now with the addition of laboratory at Yenepoya Hospital, Dakshina Kannada will have two testing centres and will ensure
Presently samples from Udupi and Uttara Kannada are also being received for testing in Dakshina Kannada district.
