Curriculum revision task force headed by Edu Dept’s Commissioner constituted, says Min Suresh Kumar

Bengaluru: Education Minister S Suresh Kumar said that the task force that includes education experts to formulate action plans for continuity of learning along with the current curriculum has been formed and is headed by the department’s commissioner.
Speaking after interacting with SSLC students who will be appearing for the final examinations, he said that the department would take a decision on curriculum revision and other issues, after the submission of the task force’s report.
“Preparations are underway for the publication of second-year PU students’ results on July 20. Additionally, necessary steps are also being taken for the admission process for first-year PU,” he added.
“Many children in rural areas are deprived of equipments for online education such as TV set, mobile, laptop. For this purpose, a meeting will be held within two days to provide devices and internet services to the students. An appropriate decision regarding this will be announced later,” he said.
