Dakshina Kannada: Attractive traditional polling booth

Mangaluru: Traditional polling booths have been created based on the local culture and art at Belthangady, Sullia, Bantwal and Puttur taluks in the district.

The attractive booths have been created under the direction of Integrated Tribal Development Scheme officer Hemalatha and highlight the art and culture of the traditional tribal people, inform the officials.

These attractive traditional polling booths are at Kanyana ZP Government Urdu Higher Primary School in Bantwal, Government Higher Primary School at Ujrupae Balnadi in Puttur, Sri Ramakrishna Aided Higher Primary School at Badiyadka in Sullia and Sri Manjunatha Swami Aided Higher Primary School at Dharmasthala in Belthangady.
