Daring Romeo enter lovers’ room late night, beaten up

Kasargod: A Kasargod youth had to face the ire of his girlfriends’ family members after he was caught red-handed in her room on Thursday late night.

Reportedly, the youth and the girl have been in a relationship for some years now despite facing opposition from her parents. 

The youth, who is presently working in the Gulf had arrived in the city on a vacation and was scheduled to return in a few days time. On Thursday night at around 2 am, he gained entry into her room by climbing through the terrace while another friend of his stood guard for him downstairs.

Few locals who spotted the youth’s friend roaming in the area so late in the night confronted him and came to know that the youth had entered his lovers’ house. They immediately informed her family members whereafter he was caught red-handed. It is learnt that he was tied him to a tree and beaten up before being allowed to go.

A case has been registered in Kasargod police station.
