Davanagere: Father, son injured in car, container truck collission

Davanagere: Two men were severely injured in a road accident that occurred in Davanagere on Monday, July 5.

The injured have been identified as Heruru Ashok Shetty (58) and his son Pannaga (24). The injured have been admitted to the nearby hospital.

It is said that their car collided with a container truck’s rear end. Another person named Kumar has sustained minor injuries.

They had been to Davanagere to attend a wedding and Ashok Shetty’s son is said to have been the driver of the car.

A case in this connection has been registered.
