Davanagere: Students end life after video of intimate moments go viral on social media

Davanagere: In a heart-rending incident, two students of a degree college in Davanagere ended their life allegedly after a video of their intimate moments were shared on social media.
The young couple, who are students of the college, were in love with each other and had some intimate moments on one of the floors of the college some days ago. An unknown person had videographed the incident and circulated it on social media.
As the visuals went viral both the boy and the girl ended their life. The girl was found hanging on Friday afternoon, whereas the boy was found hanging on Friday night.
Meanwhile, the parents of the deceased students have lodged separate complaints about their unnatural deaths. The case is being investigated, said District Superintendent of Police Dr. Arun K.
