Daylight Shootout injures two in Bengaluru City on Friday

Bengaluru: In a day light shootout incident at Kogilu signal located near Yelahanka in the state capital, Dasanapura Agriculture Produce Marketing Committees (APMC) president Kadabagere Srinivas and his car driver were injured severely and rushed into a hospital here in the city on Friday morning.
The assailants were arrived by a motor bike and fired six rounds at Srinivas and his driver when they were sitting in the car. The attackers followed and fired at the both when the car stopped at the signal. The sources allege that an influential political leader is responsible for the daylight shootout. Meanwhile, the police suspect professional rivalry.
