DC Dr Rajendra K V orders closure of recreation clubs in Dakshina Kannada

Mangaluru: Deputy commissioner Dr Rajendra K V has ordered the closure of all the recreation clubs in the district.
The order states several reason for the closure and claims that it is not possible to maintain safe distance between each other while playing cards. There are high chances of infection during the distribution of cards to other players in a card game.
Also, It is not possible to control the activities of the recreation club members and it is necessary to stop card games and other activities in the clubs.
It is said that if orders are not followed, legal action will be taken under IPC 1860 section 188, against the concerned
