Chamarajanagar: Education Minister S Suresh Kumar, stated at Chamarajanagar on May 15 that a decision on the SSLC examinations schedule will be made on Monday, May 18.
He also stated that he has already discussed about the issues faced by the education sector in Karnataka with experts including issues such as the future of classrooms and teaching.
In a meeting on Monday, he will discuss the schedule for the examination with Department officials, he added.
He further informed that all precautions will be taken during the conduct of the exams. Facemasks will be mandatory and less number of students will be allocated to each exam hall. Additionally, there are plans to shorten the curriculum of the next academic year so as to not impair student’s learning.
