Mangaluru: Mangalore University assured students and parents about the release of results of the degree examinations conducted in August-September and September-October 2021 very soon. It asked students and their parents not to panic about the delay in the result declaration, in a press release.
It cited the pandemic and the adoption of new software for the delay in publishing results. The university had adopted the MuLinx Open Source Software for autonomously conducting the examinations. Several examinations were conducted one after the other due to the Covid pandemic situation. The adaptation of the new software is taking time in migrating and uploading the old data.
Further, the university reassured the students not to be anxious about any errors. If there is confusion about the published result, as per norms, answer sheets can be viewed by the students. Students can also write to the office of the chancellor through the college principal to resolve any problems faced, it said.
