Dharwad: Dead body of 8-year-old flash flood victim recovered

Dharwad: The dead body of the 8-year-old girl who went missing two days ago following a flash flood was recovered on Saturday, August 8 by rescue NDRF team.
The 8-year-old girl from Kalaghatagi taluk of Ganjigatti village had gone missing two days ago following a flash flood. NDRF team who had launched a search operation to find the girl discovered her body one kilometer away from her house.
The NDRF team has handed over the body to the family members.
Meanwhile, the district admin at it is informed that the compensation will be given to the family at the earliest.
