Bengaluru: BJP candidate K Sudhakar on Sunday, November 24 accused Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President Dinesh Gundurao on receiving a commission from dance bars and illegal clubs on a regular basis in his assembly constituency Gandhinagar in Bengaluru.
Referring to Dinesh Gundurao, Sudhakar said, ” He has no right to comment on my principles as everyone knows he has a network with the mafia in Bengaluru and collect hafta from illegal dance clubs in Gandhinagar.”
He also accused Dinesh of protecting illegal bars.
“Congress doesn’t have any ideas since Gundurao became president of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee. He neglected the interests of party workers and failing to protect the interests of party legislators,” he added.
Responding to all these allegations Dinesh Gundurao said that Sudhakar’s statements against him are baseless.
Gundurao further said that he doesn’t think there is any need to respond to Sudhakar’s allegations. People very well know Sudhakar is a betrayer of the party and the principle he stands for. The people of Chikkaballapura will teach him a lesson.
