“Disha” job fair to be held in Mangaluru

Mangaluru: Minister of food and civil supplies U T Khader on Friday spoke on the upcoming job fair ‘Disha’ which will be held at Mangalore University campus, Mangalagangotri on February 17.

The Mela is held in collaboration with the state government, district administration and Alva’s educational institution.

Minister said that the portal (www.mangaluruudyogamela.com) has already received over 5000 registrations, and over 89 companies have approached with nearly 600 vacancies.

Aspirants with PG degrees, non engineering graduates and PUC passed students still apply for the same.

An orientation programme will be held at KPT College tomorrow he said.
