DK: 13 new fever clinics in district soon

Mangaluru: The Department of Health and Family Welfare of the Dakshina Kannada district will set up 13 new fever clinics across the district.

Dr Ramachandra Bayari, district health and family welfare officer announced in a release that these fever clinics will come up in Puttur, Sullia, Belthangady, Bantwal and at Wenlock hospital in the city.

Apart from these, fever clinics will also be set up at medical colleges and hospitals of Father Muller’s, AJ Hospital, KMC, Yenepoya, K S Hegde, Kanchanur and KVG

Fever clinics are being organised by the government for people suffering from common cold and fever as many hospitals have been designated as reserved for COVID-19 positive cases.
