Mangaluru: New year brought new postings to some of the top police officers from Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts.

P. Krishnakant, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Karkala is now Superintendent of Police, Criminal Investigation Department, Bengaluru.

Saidul Advat, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Bantwal is now Superintendent of Police, Lokayukta, Bengaluru.

Srinivas Gowda, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Panambur (North) Division is now Superintendent of Police, Centre for Counter-Terrorism, Internal Security, Bengaluru.
