Mangaluru: Dakshina Kannada Bus Owners Association’s president has said that private bus operators in the Dakshina Kannada district are not in support of the strike by Road Transport Corporation workers across the State.
He made the clarification after private bus operators in Bengaluru expressed their support to the striking transport workers.
Alva added that private buses in the district will be operating as usual on Monday, December 14.
We have decided to take a neutral stance over the strike issue and are ready to offer the services of our buses to any part of the Dakshina Kannada district if the government wishes us to do so, he said.
